Reasons why Your Phone Won't Turn On

1. Charge Your Phone 

      -Plug your phone into a charger 

     -Wait at least 15-30 minutes 

2. Check the Charger 

   -Make sure the charge is fully plugged into the wall

   -Try another outlet 

   -Try a different cord if it’s available 

   -Look for charging signs 

   -Check for the battery symbol 

   -Check if your phone feels warm after charging 

3. Restart the phone 

   -Hold the power button for 10-20 seconds 

   -Wait to see if the phone turns on 

4. Force a restart 

   -For iPhone, press Volume Up/Volume Down, then hold the side button 

   -For Android, hold the power button + volume down for 10-20 seconds 

   5.Check for damage 

   -Look for a cracked screen 

   -Check if the phone got wet 

   -Check if the place where you charge the phone has dirt or blockage
