No Sound/Lack of Volume

  1. Silent Mode on or volume turned down 

    -Hold down on the smaller button on the side of your iPhone 

    -Hold down on the volume button on the side of your iPhone

    -Go to settings, click “Sound and Haptics.” 

    -Increase the slider 

  2. Connected to Bluetooth 

    -Go to settings and turn off your Bluetooth 

    -Hit disconnect from any devices that you may be connected to 

  3. Dirt in the speakers of your iPhone

    -Take a toothbrush or other dry, gentle object 

    -Lightly scrub or brush out around the spot where you plug your phone into a charger 

  4. Do not disturb/focus mode on 

    -Go to your control center and turn off focus mode 

    -Check settings and go to where it says focus and shut it off
