Lagging Phone

  1. Not connected to Wi-Fi

    -Check the wifi on your phone in the settings apps 

    -Make sure you're not off wifi or have your wifi turned off  

  2. Too many apps are running 

    -Apps are open on your phone, and you need to swipe out of them 

    -The phone has no space to work efficiently

  3. Old Software 

    -Go to the settings app on your phone 

    -Select software update or update system 

    -Press the download button and wait for the updates

Storage is too Full

Too many photos and videos -Go to your Photos app -Delete the apps for photos you do not need -Go to the recently deleted - Then delete all in the recently deleted space Too many unused apps -Go

 
 
 
Apps Crashing

The app is outdated -Click the update button on the app in the app -Restart your phone -Hold down the button on the opposite side of the volume buttons to restart your phone Phone overheating -Re
