Can’t Make or Receive Calls

  1. No signal or Airplane mode is on 

    -Make sure airplane mode is turned off in your settings 

    -Move to an area with a better signal 

  2. Phone Needs to Be Restarted 

    -Turn off your phone by holding down the button on the side opposite the volume button 

  3. Do Not Disturb is on 

    -Swipe down on the top of your phone 

    -Look to the section that says focus 

    -Turn off  do-not-disturb

Storage is too Full

Too many photos and videos -Go to your Photos app -Delete the apps for photos you do not need -Go to the recently deleted - Then delete all in the recently deleted space Too many unused apps -Go

 
 
 
Apps Crashing

The app is outdated -Click the update button on the app in the app -Restart your phone -Hold down the button on the opposite side of the volume buttons to restart your phone Phone overheating -Re
